Our standard check-in time is 16:00pm

Can we check in early?

Whether an earlier check-in is possible depends on whether the property was occupied the night before. If that is the case, then the cleaners need the time to get your property ready for you. However, you can leave your luggage in the property and explore the area while the cleaning is ongoing. If the property wasn't occupied the night before you can check in any time. In both cases, please let us know in advance.

Our standard check-out time is 10:00am

Can we check out late?

Check-out time is strictly 10 AM (we have cleaners scheduled on that day). Should you require a later check-out please note this is subject to availability and must be arranged with us at least 24 hours before. If we can accommodate a late check-out we offer two options:

Option A - Check-out by 12pm: £19

Option B - Check-out by 2pm: £29

If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare the apartment for those guests.

Unfortunately we're unable to store luggage after check-out.

After you've provided all details to us we send you self-check-in details

How do we check in?

All our properties are self-check in. Whether entirely key-free via codes or through lockboxes, you will receive details on the day of your arrival.

We hold on to items found for 6 months before we dispose of them

What happens to items left?

We will try out best to locate items left behind although we cannot accept responsibility for these. Where cleaners have found items and put them into storage, we make every effort to post it to you or arrange for you to pick them up (extra charges may apply).

We reserve the right to charge a security deposit in line with our T's and C's

Is there a security deposit to pay?

We pre-authorise as standard an amount on your card as a security deposit. The deposit is, of course, fully refundable upon check-out subject to no damage being found in the property or any violations of our house rules occurred as a result of your stay. The pre-authorisation will be released after check-out and it can take up to 7 days (in extreme cases) for the money to appear back in your account.

All our properties are strictly no smoking

Can we smoke in the property?

All our properties are non-smoking (including weed and vaping) due to fire safety regulations. If guests wish to smoke then this must be done outside the propetry and cigarette butts must be disposed of outstide the property. When tobacco or marijuana smoking or vaping occurs ni the apartment during your stay a £250 Cleaning Fee will be charged and you may risk eviction.
